Yes, through Klarna you can pay later. You receive your order first and pay within 14 or 30 days. You can also pay in 3 instalments.

Yes, right after your order you receive a confirmation email with your order number, the products ordered and the expected delivery date. Do check your spam folder if nothing arrives.

Has your order not been shipped yet? Then email info@neverleafs.nl as soon as possible and we will pick it up within 60 minutes. You can also call 085 060 4806.

Yes, all prices on our website include 21% VAT.

Shipping costs € 7.95. Order € 75 or more and we ship free. To Belgium it is € 9.95, free from € 120.

Order before 4pm on a working day and we ship your order the same day. Delivery usually takes place the next working day.

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you receive an email with a track & trace code, so you can follow the delivery live.

Yes, we deliver throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days.

Every artificial plant is packed carefully in a sturdy box with protective material. The branches and leaves are positioned so they do not get damaged in transit.

Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order. You can return the product within that period. The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging.

You arrange it yourself in our returns portal. Enter your order number and email address, choose what needs to go back and where you will drop off the parcel, and your label or QR code is ready straight away. You also receive it by email.

The return costs are € 9.95 per parcel and you pay them by iDEAL when you register the return. Did the plant arrive damaged, or did we send the wrong one? Note that in the reason and we will settle it with your refund.

After we receive and check your return, we refund the purchase amount within 3 days to your original payment method.

Our artificial plants are made with genuine botanical elements and high-quality materials. They are hard to tell from the real thing. Many customers only notice the difference when they touch the plant.

In normal use our artificial plants last at least 6 years. With good care (keeping them dust-free, out of direct sunlight) far longer still. That makes them a lasting investment.

Yes, the branches are bendable. After unpacking you can shape the plant exactly as you want for your interior. Take your time over it — the result is worth it.

You receive the artificial plant including a black plastic pot. Some products also come with styling instructions. Decorative baskets and pots are available separately.

Remove dust with a soft cloth or a feather duster. For stubborn dust, wipe the leaves gently with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning products.

Our artificial plants are extremely well suited to offices, shops, hospitality and other business spaces. For business orders and larger volumes we offer special prices. Request a quote.

If it is about your order or a return, email us instead: we pick that up within 60 minutes, including outside those hours. At our desk we have your whole order in front of us, which we do not on the phone.

Yes, by appointment. Our warehouse is at Vinkelsestraat 6 in Heesch (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00). Send us a message through the contact page and we will put the coffee on. Online you will find detailed photos and specifications for every plant.
