Warranty & complaints

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

• Leaves coming loose in normal use
• Discolouration not caused by sunlight
• Trunk or construction faults
• Damage on delivery

Normal wear, damage from improper use or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight are not covered by the warranty.

Send an email to info@neverleafs.nl with the following information:

1. Your order number
2. A clear description of the problem
3. Photos of the damage or the fault

We respond to your complaint within 2 working days.

Once we receive your complaint we assess it as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation we offer:

• Replacement — We send a new item free of charge
• Repair — If the problem can be resolved
• Refund — If replacement or repair is not possible

We aim to settle every complaint within 5 working days.

Take photos of the packaging and the damage when it arrives. Email them to info@neverleafs.nl along with your order number. We arrange a quick replacement or refund, and you get the return costs back from us.

In addition to the statutory warranty, we offer an extra warranty on construction faults. In normal use (indoors, out of direct sunlight) we guarantee the plant keeps its appearance for at least 6 years.

You may unpack and inspect the product, just as you would in a shop. If the product is damaged unnecessarily or shows signs of extensive use, we may charge for diminished value on the return.
